Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 registered under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioners that they stopped the informant and the petitioner No. 1 made firing and also took out Rs 10,000/- from the pocket of the informant whereas; the petitioner No. 2 snatched gold chain from the neck of the informant. There is counter case also and admittedly, neither the informant nor any witness has sustained any firearm injury. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2424 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named-above, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, District-Patna subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
