The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that four accused persons Mahboob Ansari, Hakim Ansari, Aftab Ansari and Azhar Ansari assaulted her and her son with iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the occurrence took place on petty dispute that as the cow of the informant pushed the son of Hakim Ansari and he got injuries. It is further submitted that the FIR named four persons are alleged to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5210 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 have assaulted Angoori Khatoon, but Angoori Khatoon got one lacerated wound on her head and another is swelling on left leg. The opinion with regard to injury found on head of the informant is reserved, but the same has not yet come and injury no. 2 is simple. Firoz Ansari got one swelling injury and another lacerated wound on left side of head and both the injuries are simple. It appears that the occurrence took place on account of petty dispute as the cow of the informant pushed the son of Hakim Ansari.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.K. Ray, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
