JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, one stolen Bolero vehicle has been recovered in front of the house of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. The Bolero vehicle was not recovered from the possession of this petitioner rather the same was parked in front of the house of this petitioner. It is submitted that the vehicle was not stolen one and the same was taken on rent in Bihar Assembly Election, 2020. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.06.2021 and investigation in this case is

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul PS case No.433/2020.
