JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2022 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. On perusal of Mediation Report it appears that the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation and, as such mediation was failed. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that he is ready to pay Rs.2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand) per month to O.P. No.2/wife, namely Kumari Sunita Mishra.
Learned APP appearing on behalf of State, opposes the prayer for bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39275 of 2022(5) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 Considering the submissions as made above, provisional bail granted to this petitioner vide order dated 30.09.2022 is hereby confirmed with same bail bond and sureties, subject to following conditions:
(i) Petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand), in the given bank account of O.P. No.2/wife, positively, on or before seventh day of every english calendar month and on failing for two consecutive months, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled by the learned Trial Court, itself.
