2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, four litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from behind the shop of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The alleged place of recovery is an open place which

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest / surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court-II, Samastipur, in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
