In view of the aforesaid, the present case is disposed of in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15232 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 light of the aforesaid judgment dated 13.02.2018 subject to the respondents examining the case of the petitioner herein as to whether the same is similar or not.
