The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Musaurhi P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to one Naulesh Prasad, son of Bhagban Yadav, in the year 2011. The informant got information on 23.09.2015 that his sister was killed by her husband and other co-accused due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and Rs. 20,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are living separately and they have no manner of concern with the deceased or her husband.

No.24890 of 2016 (3) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation for demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioners, the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, District- Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 351 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
