JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that the occurrence took place over land dispute between the parties. He has submitted that there was clash between the informant's side and the petitioners' side, wherein, both the sides sustained injuries, some minor and some major for which, case and counter case have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2933 of 2015 (3) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 instituted. It has been stated in Paragraph No. 3 of the application that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission as above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
