2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail to opposite party no. 2 which had been granted by order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 26922 of 2014.

3. A perusal of paragraph 6 of the said order dated 23.09.2015 discloses that the course of action was already made available to the petitioner by filing a fresh complaint/F.I.R. in case the petitioner was aggrieved, which was to result in automatic cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that such action has not been taken recourse to and instead the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6935 of 2016 (3) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 application has been filed.

5. Having regard to the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any order as prayed.

6. This application stands dismissed.
