Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No.72 of 2021 registered under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are relatives of the husband of the deceased. He also submits that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.50454 of 2021(4) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.
