This is an application seeking modification/extension of time to avail the privilege granted to the petitioner vide order dated 02.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12944 of 2014 in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 422 of 2012, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner failed to avail the liberty granted to him vide order aforementioned. In view of the above, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand) with District Legal Services Authority, Saharsa, the period to avail the liberty granted vide order aforementioned is extended till 25th Febraury 2015.
