JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has pointed out that the petitioner is required to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, Patna against the order dated 25.04.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawada, hence, the present writ petition is not maintainable on account of availability of alternative remedy.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for the State, the present writ petition is disposed of
