2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55397 of 2024.
3. Mr. Krishana Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. more than a year.
4. The report so called for from the court below, has been received.
5. From perusal of the report of learned court below, it appears that though the charges have been framed but not a single witness has been examined till date.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the snail pace of the trial, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-XV, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
7. The petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed by the court and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
