JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39619 of 2015. By the said order petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, out of which petitioner nos 1 to 5 had surrendered within time in compliance with the said order and their bail bonds had been accepted by the court below. Petitioner no. 6 could not surrender within the said stipulated period. The order dated 28.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39619 of 2015 is modified to the extent that petitioner no. 6 is granted further two weeks' time to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case no. 144 of 2015.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
