JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, they are permitted to file representations regarding their grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file fresh representations before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter, failing which, the concerned authority shall be visited with penal consequences. The concerned authority shall consider the resolutions dated 16.12.2014 and 31.03.2011 which shall be annexed by the petitioners along with their representations.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
