This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 293 and 509 of the Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no offence is made out.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
