The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P. S. Case No. 201 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that while informant was going to his house on his motorcycle, two motorcycle followed him and stopped near Dumar Road. They took away the motorcycle and mobile phone of informant. During course of investigation, the police arrested this petitioner on suspicion. It is alleged that on confession of petitioner, income tax card, Aadhar card and mobile of Nokia company of informant was recovered.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no TIP of

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Katihar, in connection with Korha P. S. Case No. 201 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
