In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.2863 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 of the writ application, the same is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 2, i.e., Danapur Cantonment Board through its Chief Executive Officer, Danapur, District Patna, by filing a representation along with a certified copy of this order. If any representation is filed by the petitioners then the same should be disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of its filing. However, it is made clear that this Court has not formed or expressed any opinion with respect to the merit of the case of the petitioners.
