In this case earlier show -cause was filed and lastly supplementary show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, 3 and 5 wherein it has been indicated that in compliance with the order of the writ court the case of A.C.P. was

Patna High Court MJC No.2024 of 2016 (8) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 considered and benefit of 2nd A.C.P. has already been granted. Learned State Counsel in view of the statement made in paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary show -cause has produced two banker's cheque bearing no. 052323 and 052324 for Rs. 5150/- and 10078/- respectively and in presence of the Court he hands over the cheques to Sri Rupak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the statement made in paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary show -cause as well as the fact that banker's cheque has already been handed over, there is no reason to keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.
