JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 15 of 2019 arising out of Rail Patliputra P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

05 Kgms. of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019 having no criminal antecedent. The recovered Ganja is less than the commercial quantity.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
