The petitioner is apprehending is arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault and abuse to the police officials by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.47771 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 312 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
