2. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 18.10.2023 whereby the petitioner was granted regular bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after grant of bail by this Court, the petitioner was arrested within two weeks in other case under the Excise Act, therefore, he could not surrender before the court concerned as per direction of this Court. The petitioner has again been arrested on 17.06.2024 in another case.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44490 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 dated 18.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63835 of 2023, is hereby extended by four (4) weeks from today.

5. This application stands allowed to the extent of aforesaid modification only.
