This application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to construct a primary school upon the land of the petitioner in the village- Aura, Circle Tariyani, DistSheohar which was donated by the petitioner in the name of Governor, Bihar, Patna for construction of a primary school. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the primary school is proposed to be constructed on the plot donated by the petitioner.
