JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Though the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.08.2020 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Rajgir, whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing License No. 151 of 2007 has been canceled, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Ajay Kumar Thakur submits that an appeal bearing Supply Appeal Case No. 9 of 2020 is pending adjudication before the learned District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda, hence this Court may direct the learned District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda to dispose off the same expeditiously. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the learned District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda to dispose off the aforesaid pending appeal of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
