2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an affidavit stating therein that the present modification application is only with respect to petitioner no. 3, namely, Satish Kumar Maurya @ Satish Kumar.

3. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44484 of 2024(3) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70382 of 2023.

4. In view of the reasons stated in paragraph no. 4 of the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Satish Kumar Maurya @ Satish Kumar and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70382 of 2023 is extended by two weeks' from today.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
