JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 This matter has been listed at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner who points out typographical error in the order dated 22.6.2016 in so far as the number of the anticipatory bail application is concerned which learned counsel submits is correctly mentioned in paragraph 1 at page 1 but is wrongly typed in paragraph 2 at page 1 and paragraph 1 at page 2 of the order dated 22.6.2016 to read as 'Criminal Misc. No.3040 of 2016' in place of 'Criminal Misc. No.5040 of 2016'. In the circumstances and considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the number of anticipatory bail application occurring in paragraph 2 at page 1 and in paragraph 1 at page 2 of the order dated 22.6.2016 stands modified to read as 'Criminal Misc. No.5040 of 2016' in place of 'Criminal Misc. No.3040 of 2016' and shall be deemed to be pronounced as such.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24738 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 As a consequence the period of surrender granted under the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner is extended by further four weeks from today.

The order dated 22.6.2016 stands modified to that extent.
