2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with E.O. P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, a Mahadnama was prepared for sale and purchase of a landed property bearing Khata No. 765, Khasra No. 3682, 3687 on a non-judicial stamp, which was found fabricated during enquiry.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per FIR itself, the petitioner is a stamp vendor from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39201 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 whom, the parties to the agreement had purchased a non-judicial stamp, but as a matter of fact that stamp was not sold by him and it was found in an enquiry done by the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna in connection with E.O. P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
