2. The Circle Officer, Hasanpur, Siwan has personally appeared before this court and is directed not to proceed in Encroachment Case No. 02/2022-23.

3. A photocopy of the counter affidavit produced by the petitioner is taken on record.

4. The Sub-Judge concerned is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 1320/2021 within a year from the date of communication of a copy of this order if all the parties cooperate. Once the order of Injunction is passed, thereafter the

5. The petitioner will also cooperate in the disposal of the Title suit. If the title suit is not disposed of because of non-cooperation of petitioner or the State, the other party can move before this Court for modification of the today's order.

6. The personal appearance of Circle Officer, Hasanpur, Siwan is dispensed with.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
