ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 6.5.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Motihari in Criminal Revision No.346 of 2012, by which he has affirmed the order dated 1.8.2012 passed by the court of Sri A. Suman, J.M., Motihari in Trial No.1211 of 2012.

Having gone through the impugned orders, I find that the same is not sustainable and hence the application stands allowed and the order dated 6.5.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, Motihari in Criminal Revision No.346 of 2012 as also the order dated 1.8.2012 passed by the court of Sri A. Suman, J.M., Motihari in Trial No.1211 of 2012 is hereby set aside.
