The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Saryuj Pandit brother of the petitioner had entered into an agreement for sale of land with the informant for the consideration amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-. Subsequently, demand was made by the informant, but neither the money was returned nor the land was transferred to the informant. Saryuj Pandit snatched wrist watch and Rs. 5,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the agreement was between Saryuj Pandit and informant, whereas the petitioner is on serious litigating terms with the informant. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3897 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S.
