=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2016 Heard Mr.Dinbandhu Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Electricity Board.
The petitioner, who superannuated on the post of driver under the respondents on 30.06.1994, has not been paid the reitral dues up-till-now. In the writ petition, the petitioner has annexed several representations filed by him before the respondent-Board and has asserted that no order up-till-now has been passed with regard to his claim for payment for his retiral dues.
The learned counsel for the respondent-Board is present and has submitted that the petitioner is entitled to be paid the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9327 of 2016 dt.17-09-2016 dues admissible to him in accordance with law without any delay. After considering the submissions and the materials on record, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation enumerating his claim before the appropriate authority within two weeks from today and if such representation is filed, the respondents thereafter are enjoined to make payment of the dues as claimed by the petitioner to which he is legally entitled or otherwise pass a reasoned order within a period of two months thereafter.
