The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 413, 414, 504, 341, 342, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48456 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 319 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

At the time of surrendering, petitioners will produce a receipt showing deposit of Rs.25,000/- with fund of the District Aid Legal Committee, Vaishali at Hajipur and thereafter they will be released on anticipatory bail. In failure to do so, bail bonds of the petitioners shall stand automatically cancelled and they will be taken into custody forthwith.
