The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and on such surrender, the court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail after issuing notice to the complainant, on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40863 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 165 of 2013. Thereafter, the court below shall make efforts for resolution of the dispute between the husband and wife. If the dispute between the husband and wife is resolved, the provisional bail granted shall be confirmed. If the dispute between husband and wife is not resolved, the court below shall pass order on merit on the provisional bail of the petitioner.
