ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khodawandpur P.S. case No.97 of 2014 registered under Sections 376(g) of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Sri Sanjeev Kumar-1, 2nd Magistrate-cum-Addl. Munsif, Begusarai. Considering the nature of allegations and the subsequent developments, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
