2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his raiyati land appertaining to Thana No. 273, Khata No. 10, Khesra No. 705, area 2 Katha 7 Dhur has been taken by the government officials.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2183 of 2018 dt.17-07-2023 2/2 road has been constructed, but the compensation has not been provided to him. He further submits that though the petitioner has filed a representation before respondent No. 8, namely, the Circle Officer, Mansurchak Block, but till date, the grievances of the petitioner has not been redressed.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not filed representation before the authorities who are competent to decide the matter under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

5. This writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to represent before the respondent No.4, namely, the District Magistrate, Begusarai whereupon the District Magistrate, Begusarai after verifying the entitlement of the petitioner about the land shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from the date of representation.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
