2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to grant the benefit of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f. 9.8.1999 and 3rd M.A.C.P. w.e.f. 1.1.2010 to the petitioner and for grant of all consequential benefits including revision of pensionary benefits"
3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioner is entitled to 1st, 2nd A.C.P. and 3rd M.A.C.P. or
Patna High Court CWJC No.683 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 not? In this regard the petitioner is stated to have submitted representations on 11.06.2015, 09.07.2018 and 10.09.2019 vide Annexures 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
4. In the light of above facts and circumstances, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass a speaking order on the petitioner's representations read with the service particulars of the petitioner as to whether petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid benefits of A.C.P/M.A.C.P or not? The above exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
