JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has a hard case as he could not qualify for the benefit of ACP on account of shortage of one day. Learned counsel for the petitioner in the aforesaid circumstances submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach departmental authorities to consider her case sympathetically considering the hardship i.e. shortage of one day in qualifying for grant of benefit.

The Court hope and trust that the competent authority will look into the grievance of the petitioner considering the hardship and take final decision within a maximum period of
