Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 27.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52055/ 2021 It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 01.02.2022 and petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2021.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-X, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur PS case No. 456/2020.
