====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 294/2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, is alleged to have killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and he has got no concern with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36905 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 the affairs of the deceased. Petitioner is simply victim of over implication. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No. 294/2020.
