After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no. 2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 6116 of 2022 under order dated 16.05.2022 in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 375/2021, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, with a liberty to the petitioner to press her case before the learned trial court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42722 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Further it is made clear that the trial court shall take up the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
