Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the IPC.

Petitioner no.2 is alleged to have assaulted with garasa on the head of the wife of the informant and petitioner no.1 Baiju Das assaulted his father with iron rod on his head. It is submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and that the other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by learned Sessions Judge. Considering the fact that there is allegation against the petitioners of assaulting and causing injuries on the head, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail and the court below shall consider their prayer for regular bail taking into consideration
