The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.11.2014 by which the Special Judge, Vigilance (Trap), Patna, in Special Case No. 26 of 2009.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial and conclude the same expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2589 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Special Case No. 26 of 2009, arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 67 of 2009, to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
