The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant being a teacher in a public school that he was called at the school gate through mobile for providing tuition to some students thereafter petitioner gave a blow on his chest as a result he fell down and his spectacle got broken and thereafter the petitioner resorted to firing, but no injury was caused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 04.11.2014 the FIR was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2773 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 registered on 06.11.2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 258 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
