1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S Case No.85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 04.04.2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner falsely implicated with the present case out of local disputes and differences. It is submitted that from bare perusal of F.I.R, it appears that it is a case of snatching but it was given a colour of outraging modesty. It is further submitted that the occurrence also prima facie negate sexual intention on part of petitioner. While concluding the argument, it is pointed out that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

6. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above as prima facie the allegation as raised against petitioner is not appears suggesting sexual intention, who is man of clean antecedent and is in custody since. 04.04.2024, accordingly, petitioner
