ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 3284 of 2014.

The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 19.3.2014 in connection with Cr. Misc. 3284 of 2014 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks but due to his illness, he could not surrender before the Court below within time and hence he seeks extension.

Further four weeks time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3632 of 2012.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2899 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 The modification application is allowed.
