JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners have challenged the order dated 18.04.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Kishanganj in G.R. No. 915 of 2012 corresponding to Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 307 of 2012 whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court by an order dated 11.09.2017 had called for a report from the concerned court. The said report has been sent by the learned trial court by letter dated 16.09.2017 kept at flag 'M'. According to the said report, the charges have been framed and four prosecution witnesses have already been produced and the present case is pending for evidence of the informant.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off as having become infructuous.
