ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 48639 of 2013.

The Petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 28.2.2014 in connection with Cr. Misc. 48639 of 2013 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks but due to his illness, he could not surrender before the Court below within time and hence and he seeks extension.

Further four weeks time from the date of receipt of this order is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Sri Kirti, Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 1 of 2013.

The modification application is allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2902 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 (Two hundred fifty) in the District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to Sri S. Kirti, Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Koialwar P.S. Case No. 1 of 2013.
