The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Vijaypur P.S. Case No.44 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the police got recorded the confessional statement of Anu Khatoon, the wife of the deceased, in which she has stated about administering the poison to the deceased and also throwing the dead body of the deceased with the help of the petitioner and brother-in-law, namely, Salauddin Ansari, and also disclosed the name of his another brother-in-law, namely, Sahabuddin Ansari,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39732 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 having hand in throwing the dead body. Further submission is that the petitioner is the sister of co-accused Anu Khatoon and the co-accused Sahabuddin Ansari has already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.80153 of 2018. The petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gopalganj, in connection with Vijaypur P.S. Case No.44 of 2017/G.R. No.943 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
