Writ application is dismissed, as it is premature and speculative. Once the selection process has gone through and if illegalities emerge in the same, any affected person has a right to approach the Court. This Court cannot give a direction as to how the authority should carry out the directives and the policy formulated by the State in this regard from step to step, as monitoring is not the part of its responsibility or direction cannot be passed on mere apprehension.
