The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

On a secret information, a raid was conducted and mobile phones, motorcycle, four wheeler, order sheet inscribed name, addresses and mobile numbers of different customers, ATM cards, Identity cards, Laptop have been recovered from the possession of apprehended co-accused persons, who confessed their involvement in offence of cheating money from the people. The apprehended accused also disclosed the name of petitioner, as their one of the associate, and also disclosed that the laptop, which was recovered from the place of occurrence, actually belongs to petitioner himself.

No.48955 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. During course of investigation also, no substantial evidence has come against this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
